I study the map. Restore a church? Cultists and whores, then? That's how you build an empire, not clean graves. I tap my unholy symbol. I have power to offer, but no taste for suicide missions. Let's hear what this digger actually saw before we commit to playing savior in a cursed city.

I lean back against the wall, observing the sorcerer's cynical calculus. I didn't sign up to be a cult recruiter, and I certainly didn't come here to rebuild some half-ruined fuckhouse in a city that smells like death and bad decisions.

I look at each of them, my face set in an expression of patient concern. I understand your hesitation—who wouldn't be cautious after hearing what the gravedigger said? But we have a chance here to do something meaningful. To build community where there is only despair, and to offer hope where there is none.
