Round 9

As Varrika wields her crowbar against the rune-covered gate, the ancient stone shudders, its intricate carvings momentarily cracking under the force. The air is heavy with tension as the skeletons' amber eyes flare in alarm, their undead forms stiffening in response. Jeane's dark eyes narrow, her focus shifting from the gate to Varrika, concern etched on her face. Halie's silver holy symbol glows softly at her side, a beacon of hope in the darkness.

The sound of shattering stone echoes through the clearing as the gate's seal gives way, the ancient seals shuddering in protest. Varrika's muscles tense, her grip on the crowbar tightening as she heaves against the gate, slowly forcing it open.
