Phase: converging · forced · organic escalating

The ground rumbles beneath their feet, ancient magic pulsing through the air like a physical force. Elric's eyes glow with an otherworldly light as he speaks of the Prison Guardian stirring in response to their presence. "Behold, the power of the Tower's depths!" he declares, his voice carrying over the growing rumble from below.
Varrika grips her mace tighter, her scarred hands whitening around the haft. The air is thick with magic, pulsing in time with the growing rumble from deep within the earth. "The Prison Guardian," she mutters, more to herself than anyone else. "Just what we needed."
Halie staggers slightly as the ground shakes, her holy symbol burning with uncomfortable heat against her skin. The dark energy chafes against her senses, making her feel exposed and vulnerable in this place of ancient evil. "We're dealing with something far beyond my abilities here," she admits, her voice tight with fear.
Seraphine's sharp eyes widen as she feels the magic surge around them. She stumbles backward instinctively, her robes swirling around her legs. "I can feel it—something ancient and powerful is stirring beneath us." Her hands move in complex patterns, preparing defensive spells even as she speaks. "We need to get away from here, quickly."
Jeane's spectral form flickers in the magical storm, her crimson eyes glowing faintly. She can feel the power building below them—raw and ancient and malevolent. "Fools," she hisses, barely audible over the rumbling earth. "You've awakened something that should have stayed asleep."
Merrin's hand tightens on her dagger, her quick eyes scanning the area for any sign of immediate threat. The ground shakes again, more violently this time. "Shit," she mutters, already calculating escape routes in her mind. "We need to move—now—and stick together."
