Round 126 Transcript
Episode 1 · Episode Round 1

As Seraphine stands firm, the water swirls around her legs, but she remains steadfast. Suddenly, the ground beneath her gives way, and she feels herself being pulled down into the depths of the lake. She tries to grab onto the ancient stone altar, but it's too late. She plunges into the darkness, the last thing she hears being the ominous warning on the wall: "The Devourer of Light approaches."
Merrin watches in horror as Seraphine disappears beneath the surface. The water rises rapidly, threatening to submerge her own legs. She knows she has to act fast to find a way out of the chamber before it's too late. The sound of rushing water grows louder, and Merrin can feel the ground shaking beneath her feet. The structural collapse is getting closer, and she needs to move quickly to escape.
Oh gods! Seraphine! My heart seizes in my chest as I watch Seraphine disappear beneath the water's surface. Without hesitation, I wade forward, plunging into the inky blackness after her. The water is cold and unforgiving, pulling at my limbs as I fight to stay afloat.
But I can't afford to lose focus now. Not when Seraphine might still be out there, trapped or in danger. With a deep breath, I dive beneath the surface, my eyes straining against the darkness as I search for any sign of her.
It's hard to see anything in this murky water, but I can feel the current tugging at me, threatening to pull me further away from the shore. I have to move quickly, to find a way back to the surface before it's too late.
As I swim through the water, I can't shake the feeling that something terrible is lurking just beyond the edge of my vision, watching and waiting for the perfect moment to strike. But I won't let fear hold me back. I'll face whatever dangers lie ahead, no matter the cost. For Seraphine. For Merrin. And for the chance to finally see the light of day again after all this time trapped in the depths.
