Round 2

[Narrator | Narrator]
The Narrator restates the undertaking plainly, fixes the stakes in the room, and presses the cast to make their positions clear before the meeting can end.
[Jeane | Sorcerer]
I will participate, and I will lead. A church rebuilt is a fortress with a god at its center—the perfect stage for my particular talents. We will offer miracles, yes, but not as charity—followers must earn their salvation through devotion and service to me. As for the undead beneath Gravehill... what better place for a necromancer to practice her art than in a city already filled with corpses? The dead are merely tools awaiting direction.
[Silra | Rogue]
I examine the rusted key in my palm as if it's a contract. I'll participate—under two conditions: one, we don't become the new city guard, meaning no 'protecting' the very institutions that drove this place into ruin. And two, we have an exit strategy built into our operations from day one. If whatever's under Gravehill starts crawling up through the floorboards, I want a back door that doesn't involve explaining to the dead why we're trespassing in their house of worship.
[Sister Hale | Cleric]
I stand slowly, feeling the weight of my pack and the burden of what's being asked. I will participate—but on a foundation of truth and genuine care for the suffering here. Exploitation dressed in religious robes is an abomination worse than any crypt-dweller beneath us. We restore this church not as a fortress or a stage, but as a true sanctuary where lost souls find solace, not servitude. If we cannot agree on that purpose being our core, then I walk alone to tend the wounded however I can, with whatever light I possess.
