Hera lunged for the bottle, fingers closing around its slick surface just as Jeane’s electrical discharge arced through the air. The woman didn’t even flinch—just held up her prize like a weapon, amber eyes blazing with fierce determination. “Abby is in there,” she growled, voice low and dangerous. “I’m not leaving her to whatever this... creature has planned.” She took another step forward, seemingly oblivious to the way Silra tensed at her side, ready to intervene if needed.

The air crackled with tension, electricity, and something else—something darker that seemed to seep from Jeane’s every pore. “I don’t care about your little games or your fucking barrier,” Hera continued, her voice barely containing the rage simmering beneath the surface. “You’re not keeping me from her.” She brandished the bottle like a weapon, the slick surface catching what little light remained in the corridor. It was clear she intended...

Abby pressed herself further back against the wall, her wide brown eyes fixed on the scene unfolding just outside the room. Every instinct screamed at her to run, to get as far away from this place—as far away from Jeane and her terrifying wings—as possible. But something held her in place: the desperate need to understand what was happening, to know if Silra truly meant to help, or if she was just another pawn in whatever twisted game Jeane was playing. Her gaze flickered between Hera’s fierce determination and Silra’s tense readiness, searching for any clue that might explain this situation. The air inside the room felt heavy, almost suffocating, and Abby found herself struggling to breathe properly.

She could feel her heart hammering against her ribs, fear and morbid curiosity warring within her. Part of her wanted to scream out, to beg Silra for help—but another part remembered Jeane’s words, her promises of pleasure beyond imagining. Was this all just a sick game? Or was there something more sinister at work? In the end, it was Hera’s voice that broke through Abby’s paralyzed terror. The woman’s raw emotion, her obvious love for someone named ‘Abby,’ struck a chord deep within her. If what Hera said was true—if there really was another woman trapped in this room—then Abby had to know the truth.
