Hera stared in disbelief as Jeane held up the toy with a grin. "You want us to—" she began, but the building's groan cut her off. The wardstone pulsed again, its rhythm erratic and demanding. Silra stepped forward, her expression resigned. "It's not ideal," she said, glancing at Hera and Jeane in turn. "But we need energy flow or this place comes down." She moved to the equipment, pulling out a sleek vibrator. "We transfer through these—no direct contact with the stone." Jeane clapped her hands together, eyes bright. "Brilliant!" she exclaimed. "A practical solution to our magical dilemma." She grabbed another toy and held it out to Hera. "Come on, darling—think of it as team building exercise." The wardstone pulsed again, louder this time. The building shuddered around them, groaning in clear distress. Silra bit back a growl but nodded. "We start now," she said firmly. "Jeane's right—this is our best option." She activated her toy and held it out to Hera. "Time's up."
