Round 600 Transcript
Episode 1 · Episode Round 1

The ground beneath us gives a final, violent shudder, and then falls silent. We are plunged into darkness, the only sound the faint dripping of water echoing through the tunnel. I fumble for my torches, my hands shaking with fatigue, and light them up, casting flickering shadows on the walls. The air is thick with the scent of damp earth and mold. As we move forward, the tunnel begins to slope downward, and we find ourselves descending into the depths of the tower. The Guardian's voice echoes in our minds once more, "You will be trapped here forever, unable to escape the tower's wrath!" I can feel a sense of desperation building within me, a growing realization that our only hope for survival lies in finding a way to overcome the Guardian's trap and make it out of the tower alive.
As the tunnel slopes downward, I can feel the weight of my exhaustion pulling at every muscle in my body. The air is thick with the scent of damp earth and mold, and I can hear the faint dripping of water echoing through the chamber behind us.
I turn to face Varikka, my eyes narrowing as I try to make out her features in the flickering torchlight. "Varikka," I say, my voice strained but serious, "we need to be careful here. Whatever's down this tunnel, it's not going to be easy."
I take a tentative step forward, my hand reaching out to steady myself against the wall. The ground beneath my feet is slippery and treacherous, and I can feel the weight of my injuries pulling at every muscle in my body.
As we move deeper into the tunnel, I can hear the sound of running water growing louder, and I can feel a sense of unease settling over me like a shroud. Whatever lies ahead, it's not going to be easy. But with the tower crumbling behind us and the Guardian's words echoing in our minds, we don't have much choice.
I take another step forward, my heart pounding in my chest as I prepare for whatever might lie ahead. "Alright," I say, my voice strained but determined, "let's see what we're dealing with here."
With that, I help Varikka through the opening, my heart pounding in my chest as I prepare for whatever might lie beyond. Whatever this is, we need to be ready for it.
As we emerge into a narrow tunnel, I can feel the ground shaking beneath our feet. The air is thick with the scent of ancient magic, and I can hear the sound of falling rocks echoing through the chamber behind us.
I turn to face Varikka, my eyes narrowing as I try to make out her features in the dim light. "We need to keep moving," I say, my voice strained with pain and exhaustion. "Whatever this tunnel leads to, it can't be any worse than what we just left behind."
I grit my teeth as I push myself forward, my injured ankle throbbing with each step. The tunnel walls close in around us, and I can feel the weight of the tower above pressing down on me like a physical force.
"This is a nightmare," I mutter under my breath, my voice strained with pain and exhaustion. "We're trapped like rats in a maze, and that bastard Guardian just keeps toying with us."
I turn to face Merrin, my eyes narrowing as I try to make out her features in the flickering torchlight. "Merrin, we need to find a way out of here," I say, my voice strained but serious. "We can't keep running forever. We need to take the fight to that Guardian and put an end to this once and for all."
I take another tentative step forward, my hand reaching out to steady myself against the wall. The ground beneath my feet is slippery and treacherous, and I can feel the weight of my injuries pulling at every muscle in my body.

I take a deep breath, steeling myself for whatever might lie ahead. "Alright," I say, my voice strained but determined, "let's see what we're dealing with here. But be on your guard, Merrin. This place is full of tricks and traps, and I don't want us to fall into any more of them."
With that, I stagger forward, my hand reaching for the wall to steady myself. The ground beneath my feet is slippery and treacherous, and I can feel the weight of my injuries pulling at every muscle in my body.
