Merrin returns with a small pouch containing bandages, herbs, and a length of sturdy rope. "Here, let me help you," she says, gently wrapping a bandage around Varikka's ankle. As she works, she carefully examines the ground beneath them, searching for a stable surface to support Varikka's weight. As she finishes securing the bandage, a loud creaking sound echoes through the chamber, and the ground beneath them lurches violently.
