Round 115 Transcript
Episode 1 · Episode Round 1

Merrin's voice cuts through the water, laced with desperation. "Seraphine, we're trapped! We need to find a way out of here before we drown!" The bioluminescent creatures cast an eerie glow on the walls as the water rises rapidly around their legs. The small opening in the far corner of the chamber seems to be the only possible escape route, but it's too high up to reach without some kind of boost. A loud creak echoes through the chamber, and the ground beneath them shifts again, threatening to collapse further.
I feel a surge of panic rising in my chest as I watch the water quickly filling the chamber. The bioluminescent creatures cast an eerie glow on the walls, and I can see the fear in Seraphine's eyes as she frantically looks around for a way out.
"Seraphine, we need to move now!" I shout over the roar of the rising water, grabbing her arm and pulling her towards the small opening in the far corner of the chamber. "Can you levitate us up there? Or conjure something for us to climb on?"
As I speak, I feel a sudden jolt, and the ground beneath me shifts again. The chamber groans and creaks, and I can hear the sound of falling debris echoing off the walls. I know we don't have much time left before this whole place comes down on top of us.
I scan the room frantically, searching for anything that might help us escape. My eyes fall on a large, flat stone that seems to have been dislodged from the wall by the shifting of the ground. It's not far away, but it's too heavy for me to lift on my own.
"Seraphine, help me with this rock!" I call out, pointing to the stone. "If we can push it over to that opening, we might be able to use it as a step to reach the top."
I wade through the water towards the stone, the cold liquid seeping into my bones and making it hard to move. But I know we have to keep going, no matter how much pain we're in.
"Come on, Seraphine," I say, my voice cracking with exhaustion and fear, "we've got to work together if we're going to survive this. And right now, that opening is our only chance."
