In the Whispering Woods, where ancient secrets slumber beneath the misty veil, a group of adventurers stands before the threshold of a long-abandoned gate. The air is heavy with the scent of decay and rot, and the pulsating runes that adorn the gate's stones seem to beckon them closer, yet warn them away with their ominous glow.
Jeane, a woman with eyes that burn like crimson embers, circles the perimeter, her wings rustling softly as she searches for hidden dangers. Her companion, Halie, holds her silver holy symbol like a shield, ready to face whatever darkness lies within. As they prepare to cross the threshold, the group's dynamics are put to the test.
