The dark reflection's presence now fills the entire cavern, its pulsating glow illuminating the dark recesses. The ground trembles beneath your feet as Varrika swings her mace at the creature's head, the heavy head cracking against its pulsating form once more. Varrika stumbles back, her mace arm trembling with exhaustion. "Merrin, help!" she calls out, struggling to keep her footing on the shifting ground. The Voice's voice echoes in your mind, "Your greatest fears will consume you... if you cannot overcome them."

Merrin · Rogue

My heart pounds as I watch Varrika struggle against the creature's dark reflection. Its presence fills the cavern, growing larger by the second. The ground trembles beneath my feet, making it difficult to keep my balance. "Varikka! What do we do?" I call out, my voice trembling with fear. I grip my crossbow tightly, but I know it may not be enough against this creature. I see Varrika's mace crack against the creature's pulsating form once more, causing her to stumble back in exhaustion. The Voice's words echo in my mind, "Your greatest fears will consume you... if you cannot overcome them."

Varrika · Fighter

I swing my mace again, the heavy head slamming into the creature's dark form. It lets out a deafening roar, tentacles lashing out in all directions. "Merrin!" I call out, struggling to keep my footing on the shifting ground. "We need to strike now, while it's distracted!"

I can see the fear in her eyes, the way she struggles to keep her balance as the cavern trembles around us. The Voice's words echo in my mind once more: "Your greatest fears will consume you... if you cannot overcome them." And as the creature's dark reflection grows larger still, I know that our greatest challenge may be yet to come. But with Merrin by my side, we'll face it head-on. Together, we'll overcome whatever horrors the Voice has in store for us. No matter what it takes. I tighten my grip on my mace, my eyes fixed on the creature before us. "Stay close to me, Merrin," I say, my voice low and urgent. "We'll figure this out together."

And with that, I raise my mace once more, ready to strike at the slightest provocation. Whatever comes next... we'll face it head-on. Just like always.
