Round 200 Transcript
Episode 1 · Episode Round 1

As we push forward, the air grows thick with the scent of damp earth and ozone. The sound of our footsteps echoes off the rocky walls, the only light coming from a few scattered torches that we managed to salvage from our earlier escape. I notice that the walls are becoming increasingly unstable, the rocks loose and shifting as we move deeper into the crevice. Suddenly, the ground gives way beneath my feet, and I find myself tumbling through a small chasm, landing hard on the rocky floor with a thud. As I struggle to catch my breath, I realize that I've fallen into a small underground chamber, the ceiling lost in darkness. The room is dimly lit by a few flickering torches, casting eerie shadows on the walls. And then I see it: a large, ornate mirror hanging on the far wall, its surface reflecting an image that doesn't quite match the room.
I stumble to my feet, my heart racing as I take in the eerie chamber before us. The mirror on the wall reflects an image that doesn't quite match what's in front of me, and I can't shake the feeling that we've stumbled into something far more dangerous than a simple crevice. "Varrika," I whisper, my voice trembling slightly. "I don't think this is just a normal room. Something about it feels... off."
I step into the chamber, my mace at the ready. The mirror on the wall catches my eye immediately, its ornate frame glinting in the flickering torchlight. I move closer, peering at the surface intently. "It's definitely not right," I mutter, running a hand along the cool glass. "The reflection doesn't match what we're seeing."
