Round 2

[Narrator | Narrator]
The Narrator restates the undertaking plainly, fixes the stakes in the room, and presses the cast to make their positions clear before the meeting can end.

[Jeane | Sorcerer]
I will not commit to this madness without conditions. My voice is cold and measured. Rebuilding Gravehill is a fool's errand if we are unprepared for what lurks there. I want assurances on the following: We secure magical wards against city spirits before setting foot inside its walls, we identify and bind any demonic presence attached to the ruined church foundations, and my authority as spiritual leader of this… undertaking is absolute once established.

[Silra | Rogue]
I'll play this game of cult-building, but with my eyes open and my knives sharper than any holy symbol. You want a church rebuilt? Fine—we do it from a position of power, not prayer. I want to know exactly what killed Gravehill's last inhabitants before we step inside its borders, and I want to be point on intelligence gathering and infiltration. If there are secrets under that city, especially the kind that rust keys and fear into informants, then my skills are what will unearth them—not some half-baked ritual of flesh offerings.

[Sister Hale | Cleric]
I sit with my hands clasped, the unholy symbol resting between them—a stark contrast to its profaned purpose. I will not build a heretical cult in Gravehill; that is clear. But if this is truly about rebuilding a sanctuary for the desperate and forgotten, then yes—I am willing to participate.
