Jeane positioned herself between the two women, her crimson eyes gleaming in the low light as she spoke to Silra with a dangerous edge. "You absolute wildcard—bringing a stranger inside an active crime scene requires either genius or madness, and right now I can't tell which." Her gaze swept the room critically before stepping closer to Julia, her voluptuous form moving with practiced allure despite the urgency of their predicament. "Now listen here, sweet thing—you don't want to come inside right now. We're conducting a very private ritual that requires absolute silence and discretion," she said, his eyes boring into hers as he searched for any sign she might push past.
In her peripheral vision, Jeane watched Halie work with frantic efficiency—clearly competent but... Silra's voice echoed softly in the darkness outside. "Hey Julia, over here!" She waved subtly, trying to draw the woman away from the church entrance before she could see inside and become another complication they didn't need.
The situation was spiraling faster than Jeane had anticipated, and he needed to regain control quickly. Two unconscious party members lay vulnerable behind them, evidence of their activities still visible throughout the room, and now a curious outsider stood mere feet away—all while the clock ticked toward potential discovery by authorities or worse.
