Round 103

Phase: resolution · forced · organic escalating

Silra positioned herself at the corridor edge with practiced efficiency, every sense extended into the darkness beyond where Abby had disappeared. The barrier Jeane maintained behind her hummed with unstable power, a constant reminder of the risks they'd accepted for this "adventure." Her hand hovered near the concealed weapon at her hip—technomancy was her specialty, not direct confrontation with electrified demons or whatever else might lurk in this building.
Focus on perimeter security and do not interfere, Jeane had commanded. Right. Guarding the exits while her girlfriend got gangbanged by succubi—that was the plan. Not letting anyone leave until they'd all come to their senses and realized what a terrible idea this whole orgy setup had been from the start. Stupid Hera, Silra thought, threatening to break that barrier alone. She knew better than to mess with unstable magical constructs, especially ones powered by Jeane's increasingly erratic emotions.
The corridor remained empty and silent except for distant elevator hums and muffled city noise filtering up from the streets below. No sign of movement, no sound of pursuit—good. Abby was probably just hiding somewhere nearby, too freaked out to move or too busy touching herself after witnessing Jeane's display of power. Either way, she wasn't going anywhere until they sorted this mess out.
Just keep watching the shadows, Silra told herself. Maintain perimeter security. Don't think about what might be happening back in the main room. Don't worry about whether Hera's okay or if Jeane's losing control again. Focus on the job. Guard the exit. Wait for someone to come back to their senses and call this whole thing off before things get even more out of hand than they already are.
Because if the barrier collapses and those succubi get loose? This entire building becomes ground zero for the worst kind of supernatural orgy the city's ever seen. And she'd rather face a dozen electrified demons alone than deal with that PR nightmare.
