Round 190 Transcript
Episode 1 · Episode Round 1

At dark corridor in New York high rise penthouse suite, the pressure shifts from waiting to immediate risk. The ward answers the party's presence with a fresh pulse through the stone and no one can mistake it for safety. The nearest sign of danger is now structural collapse imminent. Someone has to answer that change now.
Jeane Cromwell hissed through clenched teeth as her spell fought against the wardstone's pulse, her body responding instinctively despite her iron control. The dildo in her hand conducted energy into the wall socket with demonic efficiency, but maintaining this barrier required all her will and a disturbing amount of physical exertion. Her breasts leaked milk involuntarily under the strain—her demonic nature always finding ways to make spellcasting obscene—and sweat beaded on her skin as she fought to hold back the wardstone's energy. "Halie!" Jeane snapped, voice dripping with aristocratic impatience. "That door is not secure. Brace it properly before we all die." Her eyes flicked sideways to where Hera cowered against the wall, face pale and trembling. The girl's fear was a tangible thing in the small space, and Jeane recognized the insidious way it threatened to spread through their makeshift group like poison. "Someone shut her up," she commanded without looking away from the wardstone's energy signature pulsing against her barrier spell. "I can't maintain concentration if we're all screaming." Her thumb pressed harder against the dildo's base as another wave of power surged through her, and she bit back a groan as pleasure and pain intertwined in her body. She knew they were running out of time. Each pulse from the wardstone was weaker but more frequent—death counting down its seconds in seismic rhythm. Her spell could hold for maybe two more minutes before failing completely, and then… well, Jeane didn't want to think about what "then" entailed. The demonic energy she was channeling through her dildo into the wall socket felt wrong even by her standards—she'd never used this technique so publicly, and the idea of anyone witnessing her like this grated on her professional pride. But priorities had shifted from maintaining dignity to simply surviving long enough for a real solution to present itself. Silra was supposedly searching for an exit through that service tunnel—Jeane sincerely hoped the elf knew what she was doing, because their lives depended on it. Halie's mechanical competence with doors was crucial but her hesitation tested every nerve in Jeane's body. And Hera…
Hera needed to be silenced before her terror destabilized everyone else. Jeane's hand tightened around the dildo as another wave of wardstone energy slammed against her barrier—she could feel it straining, cracking at the edges despite her best efforts. "Sixty seconds," she announced through gritted teeth, not sure if she was warning or just counting down their remaining time for herself. Her demonic nature clawed at the edges of control as pleasure and panic blurred together in her veins. "Everyone shut up and let me work."
Halie's grip slips on the mirror frame again, her burned hands refusing proper purchase. The floor tilts ominously beneath them all—wardstone energy surging through stone in rhythm with building groans. She grits teeth against pain and panic. "Jeane!" Halie calls out, desperation edging her voice. "I'm losing it! Floor's too slick—I need something to grip here." The water mixed with... other fluids from the previous chaos makes the polished floor treacherous as ice. Her eyes flick toward Hera pressed against her side—trying not to think about corrupted skin or protective instinct warring with boundaries. "Somebody help before this whole damn corridor collapses!"
Jeane's voice cuts through, strained: "Brace that door properly! Use your back if you have to!" The Sorcerer is barely holding the wardstone at bay with her dildo-powered spell, sweat beading on flushed skin as milk leaks from her nipples. Halie sees the desperate effort and knows they're all hanging by threads. "Back it is," Halie mutters grimly. She shifts position, using body weight to press against the door while adjusting grip on mirror edge with compromised fingers. The angle helps stabilize slightly but she's fighting physics and pain both now. "This won't hold forever—someone check Silra found an exit route yet!"
She feels Hera tremble beside her, hyperventilating again about the darkness beyond. Halie resists the urge to wrap arm around her despite the danger. Instead: "Hera, breathe. We're all scared but we need clear heads right now." The words come out gentler than she intended—compassion leaking through. Great, more complications. The door groans under renewed pressure from within. Wardstone energy pulses faster now, seeping through frame cracks like dark syrup. Halie redoubles effort, muscles burning as she fights to maintain leverage against slippery floor and increasing force. "Come on you bastard," she hisses at the door. "Not today."
Her mind races—barricade won't hold long, Jeane's spell is clearly straining her limits, Silra's been gone too long in that hellhole service tunnel. They need a miracle or... something equally improbable. And here she is pinned between collapsing building and corrupting energy with a civilian to protect who might be actively contagious. "Jeane," Halie calls over shoulder, voice tight, "how long can you maintain that barrier?"
I hear Halie's mirror scraping, Jeane's voice cracking with strain through the darkness of this tunnel. Forty seconds left to find an exit route that doesn't involve walking into a wardstone energy field or being buried alive under concrete. The service tunnel branches ahead—left feels exposed, gut says dead end—but forward means more darkness and the sound of water pooling deeper. My fingers trace the wall's seam where wet meets dry. No obvious way out here either. Fuck this.
