Narrator · Narrator

The room falls silent once more, the only sound the distant rumble of thunder outside. The Narrator's eyes lock onto each member of the cast, her gaze steady and resolute.

The Narrator nods, a hint of approval in her voice. "I appreciate your conditions, Varrika. Your experience and leadership will be invaluable to our group. I accept your terms."

She pauses, her gaze sweeping across the table. "As for Jeane's conditions, I agree that a share of the treasure is fair compensation for her expertise and magical prowess. I'll add it to the agreement."

The Narrator turns to Merrin, a small smile on her face. "And Merrin, your... unique skills will be an asset in our journey. Your conditions regarding loot and escape routes are reasonable, but I must remind you that we're not just in it for the treasure. We have a mission to complete."

She leans forward, her eyes locked onto Seraphine's. "Seraphine's proposal to scry the tower's nature is intriguing. I'll provide the necessary resources and expertise to help her prepare for this ritual. However, we must be cautious not to reveal too much about our plans to the tower's guardians."

The Narrator's gaze returns to the cast, a sense of determination in her voice. "I accept all the conditions laid out before me today. Varrika, Jeane, Merrin, Seraphine, and Halie, you are committed to this endeavor. I'll provide the priestess with a written agreement outlining our terms and the risks involved."

The Narrator stands up, her movements fluid and decisive. "With that settled, we can proceed. The time for hesitation is over. We have a mission to complete, and the fate of the Whispering Woods hangs in the balance."

As she speaks, the room seems to grow darker, as if the shadows themselves are responding to the Narrator's words. The air thickens with anticipation, and the cast members exchange nervous glances.

The Narrator's voice cuts through the tension once more. "The time for preparation is upon us. Let us begin."
