In Seraphine's own words
I am Seraphine Vale, a scholar of forbidden histories and a wizard versed in the subtleties of ancient magics. My mind is my greatest weapon, honed on arcane tomes and whispered legends. The tower before us hums with power I have only glimpsed in theory - a dark magic bound to decay itself, feeding on the very rot that surrounds it. It calls to me like a siren song of knowledge, but I know better than most how some secrets wear prison bars when they are found.
