Merrin Quickstep, a wiry halfling rogue, is the scout and lockbreaker of your adventuring party. With keen eyes and nimble fingers, she specializes in finding traps, secret passages, and hidden motives. Though clever and capable, Merrin often masks her nervousness with quick wit and gallows humor to cope with the dangers you face. While not heartless, her primary focus is on spotting profitable opportunities to help keep your group alive as you delve into dark, ancient threats.
In Merrin's own words
I'm Merrin Quickstep - scout, lockbreaker, all-around clever halfling. My eyes are always darting, looking for the next trap to disarm or secret to uncover. It's in my nature to be a bit nervous, but I try not to let it slow me down. I'll joke and tease even when the shadows feel thick with malice, just to keep that fear at bay. We're on this path together now - might as well make the best of it while we can. My skills will help us get through in one piece... or at least with most pieces still attached, if I'm lucky. Just don't expect me to be your conscience when things get ugly. That's not part of my job description.
