Merrin
Rogue
Merrin Quickstep is a wiry halfling rogue known for her keen observations, quick wit, and ability to disarm traps. She speaks rapidly with a touch of nervous humor, masking her fears behind jokes. Merrin is observant and clever, always looking for hidden motives and profitable opportunities. While not heartless, she can be cautious and calculating in tense situations.
In Merrin's own words
I'm Merrin Quickstep, the best damn lockbreaker this side of the Whispering Woods. My hands are quick as a flash and my eyes catch everything - the glint of hidden traps, the twitch of a lie in someone's eye, the shimmer of treasure just waiting to be snagged. I talk fast, too, 'cause sometimes that silver tongue is the only thing between me and a nasty end. Might joke around a bit more than is strictly wise when the shadows start creeping close. But hey, even a halfling's got to face her fears sometime, right? Just don't expect me to do it quietly.
