Shadow of the Ancients / Run 001 / Main Story
Varrika
Fighter
A seasoned dwarf warrior, Varrika is a stalwart defender and pragmatic voice of reason. With scars from countless battles etched into her powerful frame, she speaks in blunt, gravel-edged sentences laced with dry battlefield wisdom. Though slow to trust anything ancient or magical, Varrika will put herself between danger and the party, but never mistakes bravery for foolishness.
In Varrika's own words
I'm a dwarf, born and bred for battle. These scarred hands have wielded sword and shield in more skirmishes than I care to count. War's left its mark on my hide, inside and out - not that I'd trade it for anything softer. There's a certain comfort in knowing your body bears the weight of survival, each healed wound a badge of hard-won experience. In this world, strength is all you can truly rely on when the chips are down. And make no mistake, they will be. So I stand ready to shoulder any burden and meet danger head-on for my comrades. That's what warriors do.
