Cast

Jeane Cromwell, demonic sorceress: tall, pale, dangerous, leading from command rather than force. Her loyalty is earned through power and shared ambition—her authority absolute when granted. Seeks to restore Gravehill's occult heart, sees the dead city as a canvas for her influence.

Silra is an elf rogue whose pragmatism cuts through heroic pretense. She watches for angles, listens for the real motives hidden beneath polite facades, and moves with calculated efficiency. Her wit is dry and her trust in others measured in fractions of a second—long enough to judge if they're useful or just obstacles she'll have to circumvent. When the ash storms swirl around Gravehill's ruins, Silra sees them not as omens but as cover for escape routes or hiding spots. She speaks with precision because every word wasted is a moment her edge dulls.

Sister Hale, the weary cleric who tries to hold a disparate group together on their perilous path through a ravaged land. Her unwavering faith clashes with the brutal necessities of survival, forcing her to confront impossible choices between mercy and pragmatism. She speaks with measured conviction but carries the weight of countless lost souls; her compassion is matched only by her stubborn refusal to abandon hope.
