Round 2

[Narrator | Narrator]
The Narrator restates the undertaking plainly, fixes the stakes in the room, and presses the cast to make their positions clear before the meeting can end.
[Jeane | Sorcerer]
I'll participate if we secure absolute loyalty from any converts through binding magic, and if Silra can confirm that the local authorities are either corrupt enough to be bribed or weak enough to be ignored entirely. Anything less is a suicide mission masquerading as an opportunity.
[Silra | Rogue]
I'll play if we can turn the guards into assets through blackmail or coercion. I'm not rebuilding a fucking target for the city to march in and light on fire while we're still inside it. If there's no way to make Gravedigger sing like a bird about which officials are rotten enough to be controlled, then this whole venture is just elaborate grave-digging for us.
[Sister Hale | Cleric]
I will participate if we can build our new church as a genuine shelter and haven for the city's desperate people—first and foremost. If our efforts to restore faith and hope here are truly compassionate, even the most corrupt authorities might hesitate to disrupt us too aggressively. I won't be party to exploitation or cruelty masked as religion; any followers we attract must be empowered, not enslaved.
