The Cromwell Chronicles · Modern Cult Run 005

In the dimly lit sanctuary of an abandoned church, a group of women awaken from a night of revelry, their bodies still basking in the afterglow of their escapades. Jeane, a sorceress leader with demonic wings, stretches languidly on her bed, her eyes locking gazes with Silra's warm smile beside her.

The morning light filtering down from above casts long bars of dusty illumination across the room, illuminating the women sprawled about. Hera and Abby stir above, their faces slowly clearing of sleep, while Halie descends the stairs, her robes heavy with exhaustion and a sense of unease.
