Round 34 Transcript

The abandoned church alley stretches before them, the stone facade illuminated by a single streetlight. The air is thick with city grime and the faint scent of something else—something that makes their skin tingle. Jeane shifts her weight, her fingers tracing along the edge of the toy hidden in her coat pocket. Clarice's house looms nearby, its windows dark save for a single light on the second floor. The night is quiet except for distant traffic and the sound of their own breathing.

I hear the heavy breathing of our captive cultist behind me, still bound and struggling weakly against her restraints. Julia's eyes are wide with desperation and growing fear as she realizes Clarice isn't coming to save her—at least not in the way she hoped.

This alley is too exposed for my liking. The brick walls offer some cover but do little to muffle sound or hide what we're doing from prying eyes. I can feel the weight of potential witnesses pressing in, each window above a potential threat. We need to move this inside somewhere secure before things spiral out of control.

"Julia," I say, my voice low and steady despite the adrenaline coursing through me, "if you want to live through tonight, you'll do exactly as I say. No noise, no struggling, and definitely no calling for help." I give her a sharp look that makes it clear I'm not messing around. "Understand?"

I hear Clarice's nervous question from the shadows. Her interest is clear, but this public alley is far too exposed for what we truly need. The risk of discovery is too high—authorities could come at any moment.

We must move somewhere more private if I'm to properly introduce her to the cult and demonstrate our... shared interests. This church's grounds are hardly ideal for seduction.
