Round 29 Transcript

The abandoned church looms before you all, its stone facade cracked and weathered by decades of neglect. Moonlight filters through broken stained-glass windows, casting fractured patterns across the dusty floor inside. The air is thick with the smell of decay and something else—something metallic.

Jeane's breath catches as she holds the candle aloft, its flickering light revealing a space both hauntingly beautiful and deeply unsettling. The pews are covered in graffiti, some fresh, some faded by time. In one corner, a makeshift nest of rags suggests someone has been sleeping here recently.

Clarice watches from her front porch across the street, visible through the gaping hole where the church's main door used to be. She lifts a hand in greeting when she sees you enter, then disappears back inside her house without calling out.

The sound of distant sirens reminds you all that this is very much still public space, and any loud noises or suspicious activities will likely draw attention.
