Halie's shield buckles under the new pressure. The building's need roars through the metal, vibrating her arms. Jeane, still gripping Silra's arm, feels it too—the structure demanding more than mere reinforcement now. The walls creak ominously, and a fresh crack splits across the ceiling above them. Silra, lubricant-slicked fingers frozen mid-move, looks up at the fracture. Her rogue's instincts war with her engineer's knowledge—this kind of stress isn't structural. Halie, shield raised uselessly now, steps back. The barrier won't hold this level of force. Abby, still searching for exits that don't exist, feels the floor shift beneath her feet. She stumbles toward Hera, both grasping for stability and each other. Hera catches her, but the embrace offers little comfort against the building's insistent thrumming. Jeane's wings flare wide, no longer just twitching—her succubus nature is fighting to surface, responding to the structure's primal call for life force. She releases Silra abruptly and stalks toward the center of the room. The Force, she growls, is not with us on this one. Halie, shield lowering, speaks up desperately. We need a real solution here! Engineering or magic—something that actually works! Her voice cracks as another piece of ceiling gives way, clattering to the floor. Silra, backing away from Jeane's intensity, shakes her head. I told you—this isn't structural failure. It's something else. Something feeding on us. She glances nervously at the tools scattered around them. My skills aren't helping because this isn't a structural problem! The building groans again, louder now—a sound like a thousand voices in ecstasy and pain combined. The air grows thick with sexual tension, almost visible. A shiver runs through the group as their arousal spikes involuntarily.*

Jeane, eyes glowing faintly red, turns back to face them all. Then maybe it's time we gave this thing what it really wants! Clearly, half-measures aren't enough. She starts unbuttoning her shirt slowly, deliberately. Someone help Silra understand why she needs to stop fighting this. Halie, torn between horror and unwanted arousal, raises her hands. Wait—we can't just—But the building's need pulses through her again, stronger than ever. Her knees buckle slightly.

The Force flows through this room now, thick and insistent. The walls seem to pulse with anticipation. Every nerve ending in the penthouse is screaming for touch, for release, for connection.

Hera

Hera · Civilian

I can't believe this is happening. The building demands sex? What the hell kind of situation have we stumbled into? My mind races, trying to process the absurdity of it all. But as I look around at the others, their expressions a mix of fear and reluctant arousal, I know deep down that this is real. The way the walls seem to pulse with anticipation, the thick tension in the air... it's like the very building itself is alive, hungry for our surrender. A part of me wants to fight it, to resist this violation of our most intimate desires. But another part, a darker, more secret part, feels a forbidden excitement at the thought of giving in to such base urges. It's wrong, I know it is, but god help me, I can feel my body responding anyway. I glance over at Jeane, her wings twitching with barely-contained need, and I see a reflection of my own internal struggle in her eyes. She's fighting it too, but how long can we hold out against the building's demands? I take a deep breath, trying to steady myself. We're trapped here, cut off from the outside world. If we want to survive this, if we want to make it out alive... we might have no choice but to do whatever it takes. Even if that means sacrificing our dignity, our very souls, on the altar of this depraved structure's lust. God help us all.

Silra

Silra · Rogue

Silra’s fingers stop mid-plate on the wall. She straightens slowly, turning to face Jeane across the room. The building’s need pulses through her like heat, making her skin flush and her thighs clench involuntarily. But that doesn’t change what just happened. “You think ordering me is going to help?” she says coolly, though her voice wavers slightly with effort. “We’re running out of time here, princess—forty minutes said we had before this place comes down.” She gestures at the cracking ceiling with the plate in her hand. “Unless you’ve got some succubus superpower that can make concrete hold together through sheer force of… whatever that is.”

Jeane’s wings twitch again, her eyes darkening as the building’s demands press on her control. But Silra’s not backing down—not yet, anyway. She meets Halie’s worried gaze across the room and jerks her chin toward the barrier spell. “You got anything left in you? Because if we don’t reinforce this place soon, none of us will be around to deal with whatever’s possessing your girlfriend.” Her eyes flick to Hera and Abby. “And you two—stop staring like it’s a show. Find something useful or get out of the way.”

The air in the room feels thick enough to chew, but Silra ignores her body’s insistent demands for now. She moves to the next section of wall, setting the plate carefully into place and beginning to weld it secure. The heat of the torch helps distract from the fire building inside her. “Someone want to tell me why I’m getting hotter by the second working construction instead of… whatever this building wants?” she mutters without looking up. “Because last time I checked, 'structural engineer' wasn’t on my list of marketable skills.”
