Round 23 Transcript
Episode 1 · Episode Round 1

Jeane's smile widens as she steps closer, the movement causing her wings to shift and catch the light. 'Oh darling, you don't need to worry about Silra here—she seems to have misplaced something important, hasn't she? A blade perhaps?' The succubus' eyes glitter with mischief. 'Now Abby sweetie, why don't you come sit down and have a drink? We can talk about what's really going on behind that door. I promise it's nothing like whatever parties you've been to before.' She gestures to the bar cart with its array of colorful bottles.
The sounds from beyond the door grow louder—laughter mixed with unmistakable moans of pleasure. Hera glances nervously between Abby and Jeane, her hand still holding her friend's. 'Abby, maybe we should just—' She cuts off as Silra suddenly tenses beside them.
Jeane stepped closer, her wings shifting with predatory grace as she addressed Silra's hostility directly. "Missing a blade? How unfortunate for you, elf." Her voice was a silken threat wrapped in velvet. "As for your friend—" She turned her full attention to Abby, who still trembled by the door. Jeane's expression softened into something almost motherly, yet behind it lurked hunger. "Come now, little one. No need for theatrics. We're all women here." Her eyes glinted. "And I promise you, what awaits beyond that door is far more pleasant than whatever nightmares your imagination conjures."
She gestured toward the decanters with a casual wave of her hand, though every movement calculated. "Drinks first, introductions second. Then we can discuss exactly why this party is worth attending." Her smile widened fractionally. "Trust me when I say you won't regret it." The sounds from beyond grew more insistent—laughter mixed with unmistakable pleasure—and Jeane's eyes gleamed with anticipation. "Time's running short, girls," she purred, glancing toward the door meaningfully. "The night never pauses for indecision."
Silra steps between Jeane and Abby with her hand resting on an empty sheath—the missing blade suddenly more than a tactical inconvenience, now a psychological weight. Her voice is sharp. This isn't what we signed up for. Hera and I came here to relax after the job, not walk into some demon's twisted party game. She glances at Abby, who looks ready to bolt despite being frozen in place, then back to Jeane with narrowed eyes. Silra's expression doesn't hide her suspicion. You say it's safe? That means you're implying it wasn't before. What exactly did you do to ensure our safety, and what does that cost? Her fingers tap the empty leather impatiently as she continues in a dry tone,
If there are no chains or collars waiting for us inside that door—and I'm very skeptical of that claim—then explain why we should trust any promises from someone who's clearly not fully human. She looks at Hera, seeking silent confirmation they're on the same page despite the succubus' seductive approach.
