Round 37 Transcript
Episode 1 · Episode Round 1

I step forward, my eyes locked on Jeane's, trying to read her intentions behind the seductive smile. My jaw tightens as I listen to her speak of apprenticeships and demonic arts. It all sounds like a trap to me, a way for the succubus to ensnare Silra in some kind of dark deal.
I glance over at Halie, noting the cleric's protective stance. At least we're on the same page there. Silra may be our friend, but we can't let her rush into something she might regret.
My gaze flicks back to Jeane and I square my shoulders, ready to intervene if needed. "Listen, demon," I say, my voice cold, "We're not interested in any of your binding contracts or dark magic. If Silra needs protection, we'll find a way to give it to her without selling our souls in the process."
I close the distance between Silra and myself until we're nearly touching, my wings folding back into their sheath behind me with fluid grace. The air grows heavy with my pheromones—an intoxicating perfume meant to ensnare senses and cloud judgment, but I hold it in check for now. "You want terms? Fine." My voice is a low purr, barely more than a breath against her ear. "I'll give you what that cleric over there can only dream of—the ability to feel pleasure so intense it transcends mortal limits."
I glance at Halie with contempt, then return my attention to Silra, my hand reaching out almost imperceptibly slow toward her face before stopping just short—an unspoken permission or challenge. "All I ask is your… curiosity about magic." My eyes gleam with dark promise.
I study Jeane's outstretched hand—offer of alliance or contract, I'm not sure which yet—and let my eyes linger on her fingers just long enough to be deliberate without seeming hesitant. "An apprenticeship in 'pleasure and sensation' sounds like a marketing slogan for something dangerous," I say, not moving closer but not retreating either. "You're proposing I sign up for a crash course in how to get laid while also learning magic? That's your pitch?"
The way her wings shift behind her tells me she expected some resistance, but not this much skepticism apparently. Good. Let her sweat the details. "Tell me exactly what 'no binding' means from you," I continue, my voice still dry and clinical. "Because last time I checked, contracts with demons have a way of... sticking around longer than student loans."
Behind me, I can feel Halie hovering like an overprotective mother—useless in this kind of negotiation but well-intentioned nonetheless. Abby's soft moans from the corner remind me there are more immediate concerns than Jeane's contract terms. "Unless you're offering to teach me how to make doll demons that actually do what I tell them," I add, glancing at the thing still using Abby's face like a fleshlight, "then we might have something to discuss. Otherwise, you're just another succubus trying to sell me on demonic cosplay with extra steps."
I don't smile. I don't unfurl my wings or try to look intimidating. I stand there, arms crossed, waiting for her response like I'm evaluating a merchant's wares rather than negotiating my potential damnation.
