In the corridor, the building's structure screamed its final protest—a sound like a mountain groaning its last breath. The wardstone pulse slammed through the walls like a physical blow, timbers shrieking and concrete weeping dust. Jeane stumbled forward, her barrier spell flickering so violently that the air itself rippled with distortion. "FUCK!" she snarled, hands flying out to catch herself against the wall. The motion pressed her breasts hard against her arms—trapped milk leaked through her shirt in fresh streams, soaking into the fabric between her tits and armpit.

The spell was shredding her concentration cell by cell, each pulse demanding more energy than she could safely channel without... consequences. "Everyone DOWN!" Silra shouted, already moving to tackle Hera around the waist. The elf hit the floor hard, momentum carrying them both into a slide across the lubricant-slick tiles toward the far wall. Silra wrapped herself around Hera protectively as they skidded—her body shielding the civilian from the worst of it.

Halie scrambled backward, burned hands screaming protest as she tried to maintain her grip on the heavy mirror braced against the doorframe. The wardstone energy was already seeping through cracks like liquid shadow, each pulse making the corruption thicker, more tangible. She could feel it pulling at her, trying to worm its way inside through her injuries.

The building gave another massive groan—this time something structural shifted visibly in the ceiling above them. Dust rained down like snowflakes mixed with concrete grit. They had maybe minutes before this entire section collapsed completely. Maybe less.

Jeane forced herself back to her knees, teeth gritted as she poured more power into her barrier spell. The wardstone energy fought back like a living thing—she could feel it clawing at the edges of her mind, trying to drag her down into its corruption. Her breasts ached with trapped milk, nipples hard and leaking through her soaked shirt. She couldn't maintain this much longer without serious consequences.

"Silra!" she snapped, voice strained. "Get that door barricaded—NOW—not later! We need something solid between us and that wardstone or we're all dead!"

The elf was already moving, grabbing more of the scattered sex toys and bondage gear to wedge into the gap around the mirror. She worked fast, muscles visible beneath her sleek black shirt as she packed the space tight with whatever was handy. "This is what you wanted—slippery floors and nowhere to go," she muttered, sloshing more lubricant around Halie's feet for good measure.

Halie shifted position, trying to get a better grip on the mirror brace with her burned hands. The pain was blinding at times—the skin had blistered badly after contact with the wardstone earlier. "Hera, get away from that door!" she shouted over the groaning of the building. "The wardstone energy is pulling at you!" She glanced sideways at Jeane—saw the succubus woman drop to one knee, face contorted in pain as she fought to hold the corruption at bay.

Jeane's shirt was darkening with fresh wet patches—milk soaking through from her breasts. The barrier spell flickered visibly around her, air distorting like heat haze as she poured more power into it. Her crimson eyes were squeezed shut against the strain, teeth gritted hard enough that Silra could hear them grinding.

"Stop trying to be a hero," Silra said sharply, pressing her palm flat against Jeane's back. She could feel the spell vibrating through the woman's ribs, shaking her from the inside out. The heat was intense—Jeane's skin burned fever-hot as she fought the wardstone's pull. Her shirt felt damp through even with just that brief contact.

The building gave another ominous groan—this time something structural shifted visibly in the ceiling above them. Dust rained down like snowflakes mixed with concrete grit. They had maybe minutes before this entire section collapsed completely. Maybe less.

Jeane forced her eyes open, staring at Silra with an expression that said she was barely holding onto control. The wardstone pulses were coming faster now—each beat driving the corruption deeper into all of them. She could feel it trying to worm its way inside through her injuries, exploiting every weakness.

"Two minutes," she gasped, voice strained. "I can hold this for maybe two more minutes before I need... help." Her eyes flickered meaningfully toward Hera—silent message that the civilian needed to be shielded from both structural debris and wardstone corruption if they were all going to survive this.

Silra nodded grimly, already moving back to where Hera lay huddled against the far wall. The floor was slick with spilled lubricant and water flooding out from the broken shower stall—every surface had become a potential hazard. She slid to a stop beside the civilian, dropping into a crouch.

"Listen," she said urgently. "When this building comes down, we need to move fast. Jeane's holding that wardstone corruption back right now—but she can't do it forever. We have maybe two minutes before she loses control or the whole floor collapses." Hera nodded, face pale but eyes dry—fear had burned away her tears hours ago.

Silra glanced back at Halie still struggling with the mirror brace. "You good there?" she called out. The cleric shook her head, expression grim.

"I'm losing grip," Halie shouted back. "The floor's too slippery and my hands are—" She cut off as another wardstone pulse hammered through the building—this one strong enough to make the entire corridor shake. The mirror shifted dangerously in its frame, sliding several inches before catching again.

Jeane let out a sharp gasp of pain, dropping forward onto all fours as she poured everything she had into maintaining the barrier spell. Her breasts hung heavy beneath her, nipples visibly hard through the soaked fabric of her shirt. Milk continued to leak out in small streams—body's automatic response to the magical strain.

"One minute fifty," she wheezed, voice tight with effort. "Find something to brace that door or we're all dead!"

The building gave another massive groan—the sound of concrete giving way somewhere above them. A section of ceiling cracked visibly, dust pouring down in a thick cloud. They were out of time.

Silra grabbed the nearest heavy object—a large dildo shaped like a strap-on cock—and jammed it into the gap between mirror and frame. She twisted it hard, using her entire body weight to drive it home until wood splintered and the makeshift brace held firm. The door wouldn't budge now—nothing short of explosives would move it.

"Done!" she shouted, already moving back to Hera's side. "Everyone get down—NOW!"

Jeane dropped flat onto her stomach, arms wrapped protectively over her head as the wardstone pulse hit its peak—and the entire floor above them collapsed with a sound like the world ending. Concrete and rebar rained down around them, most of it deflected by Jeane's barrier spell but enough getting through to send chunks of debris skittering across the slick floor.

Halie screamed as something heavy slammed into her side—she'd tried to shield Hera with her own body but the impact sent them both sprawling. The mirror brace shifted dangerously, entire frame cracking under the weight of falling debris before holding firm.

Silra covered Hera completely, using her own body as a shield against anything that might fall. The elf woman weighed almost nothing compared to concrete and rebar—but her leather jacket took several direct hits that would have killed the civilian beneath her.

Dust filled the air—thick choking clouds that reduced visibility to inches. The sound of collapsing structure continued for what felt like minutes but was probably seconds—a series of groans, cracks, and thuds as the entire floor above them pancaked downward into the one below.

Then silence. Broken only by coughing and the distant sound of water rushing through pipes somewhere.

Jeane lifted her head slowly, vision blurred by dust and sweat. Her barrier spell flickered weakly—she'd burned through almost all her reserves holding back the wardstone corruption during that collapse. Another minute and she would have lost control completely.

"Everyone... okay?" she gasped, voice barely audible through the ringing in her own ears. No one answered immediately—the dust was too thick to see more than shapes moving.

Then Halie's voice: "Hera? Hera, are you hurt?"

A muffled response from beneath Silra: "I'm fine—just can't breathe."

Silra shifted off her, coughing hard as she sat up. Her leather jacket was torn in several places, blood seeping through from cuts and bruises. Nothing serious—she'd taken the worst of it to protect the civilian.

"Anyone else alive?" she called out, wiping dust from her eyes.

Jeane pushed herself up onto her knees, every muscle screaming protest. Her shirt was completely soaked now—milk mixing with sweat and dust to create a brownish stain across her front. The barrier spell flickered weakly around them, barely holding together.

"Barely," she wheezed. "But alive." She looked around at the others through dust-streaked vision—Halie sprawled near the barricaded door, Hera sitting up behind Silra, both women seeming unharmed. The corridor beyond their makeshift barrier was completely blocked by debris—tons of concrete and rebar creating an impassable wall.

They were trapped. Trapped with a wardstone pulsing corruption just beyond that barrier, slowly seeping through cracks and gaps like liquid shadow. Trapped in a collapsing building with no obvious escape route.

And Jeane was running out of magical energy fast—another few minutes and she wouldn't be able to maintain even the weakest barrier. The corruption would start spreading through them all.

"Great," Silra muttered, looking at the impassable wall of debris blocking their only exit. "Just fucking great."
