The bathroom pulses again—wardstone rhythm accelerating, structure groaning louder. Jeane screams through gritted teeth as she funnels it through her body instead of the barrier—dark energy bleeding out from her skin like liquid shadow trying to escape containment. Hera slides down the wall until she's crouched on the floor, watching as Halie braces the door with her own body weight and shield spell.

"Hold still!" Halie commands through gritted teeth as she maintains the barrier—water from the broken shower stall rising fast now, turning the bathroom into a treacherous sheet of slick tile. Jeane's still convulsing against the far wall though, dark liquid pouring off her in waves that make the floor slippery.

"FUCK!" Hera whimpers, pinned between terror and unwanted arousal that's flooding her system from residual corruption. She wants to crawl out but knows there's nowhere safe—the building is collapsing faster now with each wardstone pulse. Halie grits as she struggles to maintain the door barricade, muscles straining.

"Jeane!" Hera chokes out, pressing herself back against the wall even as the surface beneath her sloshes with water and dark liquid. "We need—fuck—I don't know what we need but this can't be it!"

The wardstone pulses again—stronger this time, making the entire floor shift beneath them. Jeane screams something wordless that makes Hera flinch even through Halie's shield—her own body responding to the corruption with shameful pleasure mixed in. The structure groans ominously around them.

"We can't stay here," Hera gasps, pinned between fear and the unwanted sensation of dark energy seeping into every crack in her faith. "The building is—fuck—this is insane!"
