Round 46 Transcript
Episode 1 · Episode Round 1

At Penthouse suite in a New York high rise, the pressure shifts from waiting to immediate risk. The ward answers the party's presence with a fresh pulse through the stone and no one can mistake it for safety. The nearest sign of danger is now structural instability from wardstone interaction. Someone has to answer that change now.
The wardstone pulses again, its light seeping through the floorboards like malevolent blood. I step forward, cutting through the tension with cold precision. "Finish what? Speak plainly—this structure won't hold forever."
My voice doesn't shake, but my core thrums with something that feels too much like hope. Hera's fear tastes sweet on the back of my tongue, her arousal mingling with the dust in the air. I want to devour it whole, but I force myself still. Silra smirks from where she lounges against the wall, her eyes glinting with secrets and schemes. Halie watches me with narrowed eyes, sensing my inner conflict. The ward's pressure builds again, and I feel my own resolve cracking. "If you mean to offer yourself up as some kind of... sacrifice," I continue, each word deliberate, "then do it properly. Don't waste our time with half-measures."
My hands clench at my sides, claws digging into palms. The demon blood in me roils with want, but the sorceress keeps a tight leash on it. For now. The wardstone pulses again—slower this time, as if savoring the moment. I force myself to meet Hera's gaze, searching for something real beneath the fear and desire that clouds her expression. "What exactly does 'finishing' entail?" I ask, though part of me already knows the answer. Part of me has known since the moment we stepped into this cursed penthouse, drawn by promises of power and pleasures too dark to ignore. Silra's laughter cuts through the tension like a blade. "Oh, our dear Jeane always did have a way with words. But actions speak louder than threats, don't you think?"
I ignore her, keeping my focus on Hera. The younger woman's breath comes in short gasps now, her body trembling with an arousal that has nothing to do with the wardstone's influence and everything to do with her own desires. "If you're serious about this," I say, my voice dropping to a dangerous purr, "then show me. Don't just offer—commit."
The wardstone pulses once more, faster now, as if eager for what's to come. And deep within me, something ancient and hungry stirs in anticipation of the sacrifice Hera might bring. But there's still a part of me—the human part—that hesitates. That wonders if this is truly the only way out. If I'm not just exploiting her fear for my own dark pleasures.
I look at Jeane, my eyes wide with fear and determination. I can feel the wardstone's power pulsing through the room, its energy growing more intense with each passing moment. Halie's divine light is barely keeping the structure together, and I know that we don't have much time left. "Jeane, I..." I start to say, my voice trembling slightly. "I'm willing to do whatever it takes to keep us all safe. If that means... if that means finishing what I started with you earlier, then so be it."
I take a deep breath, trying to steady myself. The thought of engaging in sexual acts with Jeane is both terrifying and exciting, but the safety of our group has to come first. "Tell me what you need from me," I say, my voice growing stronger with each word. "I'll do whatever it takes to satisfy the wardstone and keep us alive."
I see what's happening here—Hera wants to finish fucking Jeane, thinks that'll make this right with the building. Simple enough solution, really: give the wardstone what it wants. Problem is, 'finishing' isn't as simple as coming once or twice. That thing pulsed harder when Hera said she'd do it. It wants more than a quickie—it wants commitment, wants Jeane and Hera to actually mean it this time around. And from the looks of things, Hera's not just scared shitless; she's genuinely willing to go through with whatever fucked-up ritual we need to perform. Jeane's caught between wanting that and being smart enough to know this is dangerous magic. I get it—part of me wants to see where this goes too. But the other part? The part that's kept all of us alive so far? That part says we're playing with fire here, and not the fun kind. So yeah, I'll back you both up if this is what it takes. But someone needs to be clear-eyed about this—if the building starts caving in during round two, I'm getting out through the window, and you'd better do the same.
