Halia stepped between Silra and Abby, her hand firm on the rogue's arm as she met her eyes with unwavering seriousness. "We agreed on consent," she said, voice measured but unyielding. "Start slow doesn't mean forceful. If she wants to back out..."

Silra's smile widened, but there was an edge to it now. She leaned in closer to Halia, her teal eyes gleaming with a predatory interest that made Abby shiver despite the distance between them. "Oh, I fully intend to respect our lovely priestess's wishes," she purred, her voice dropping to a low, sultry tone. "But you do realize, don't you, that the more we talk about this... the more I want to act on it?"

Halia felt a flush creep up her neck at Silra's words, her resolve wavering slightly. The rogue's proximity was intoxicating, her scent—a mix of electronics and something distinctly feminine—filling Halia's senses. But she steeled herself, reminding herself of the promise she'd made to Abby.

"Consent isn't just about saying yes," Halia said firmly, though her voice wavered ever so slightly. "It's about clear communication, understanding boundaries, and respecting each other's limits." She took a deep breath before continuing, "We need to establish ground rules—safe words, hard limits, things we're all comfortable with."

Silra's expression shifted, amusement mingling with something almost like respect in her eyes. She leaned back slightly, giving Halia some space. "Ground rules, eh? How delightfully... bureaucratic." Her gaze flickered around the room, taking in each of them—Abby looking both terrified and intrigued, Hera watching with nervous curiosity, Jeane's expression unreadable but her crimson eyes gleaming with interest.

"Very well," Silra said at last, a smirk playing at the corners of her mouth. "Let's have our little meeting. But I warn you all now—if this turns into a boring corporate team-building exercise, I reserve the right to get very... bored."

Halia felt both relief and apprehension at Silra's agreement. She knew the rogue was likely just biding her time, waiting for an opportunity to push boundaries again. But for now, at least, they had avoided immediate disaster.

"Alright," Halia said, her voice steadier now as she moved to sit on the edge of the bed beside Hera and across from Silra and Jeane. "Let's start with something simple. What are we all hoping to get out of this... arrangement?" She glanced around at each of them in turn, her blue-grey eyes serious but kind.

Jeane leaned back against the headboard, her dark leathery wings rustling softly as she considered Halia's question. The penthouse suite felt suddenly too small, the air charged with unspoken desires and simmering tensions. As the group settled into an uneasy circle on the bed, Abby found herself sandwiched between Hera and Halia, feeling both protected and exposed.

Silra crossed her arms over her chest, her silver-blonde hair catching the light as she tilted her head thoughtfully. "For me? A bit of fun, a chance to explore some... interesting dynamics." Her eyes glinted dangerously as they met Jeane's across the circle. "And perhaps a bit of rebellion against certain expectations."

Jeane's lips curved into a knowing smile, but her crimson eyes remained cool and calculating. "Rebellion has its place," she purred, her voice like velvet over steel. "But remember, my dear Silra—with great power comes great responsibility." The unspoken threat hung in the air between them—a reminder of their previous dynamic and the consequences of stepping out of line.

Halia felt a shiver run down her spine at Jeane's words, but she pushed aside her unease. Now wasn't the time to dwell on potential problems—now was the time to establish clear boundaries and expectations.

"Responsibility is exactly what I'm talking about," Halia said firmly, meeting each of their gazes in turn. "We need to be clear about what we're comfortable with, what we're not, and how we'll handle conflicts." She took a deep breath before continuing, "I propose we start by sharing our individual boundaries—things we won't do under any circumstances."

Silra raised an eyebrow, amusement and skepticism warring in her expression. "My boundaries? Well, let's see..." she mused, leaning forward slightly. "I draw the line at anything that causes permanent physical harm—or, you know, actual death." Her tone was light, almost flippant, but there was an undercurrent of seriousness to her words.

Jeane snorted softly, her wings shifting as she settled more comfortably against the headboard. "How delightfully dramatic," she drawled. "Very well—if we're sharing, I suppose I should confess my own... limitations." Her crimson eyes gleamed with something almost like mischief as she continued, "I prefer consensual partners, for one. And while I enjoy a bit of pain in my play, I have no interest in causing genuine suffering."

Halia felt her cheeks warm at Jeane's words, but she nodded approvingly. At least they were being honest about their boundaries—even if some of those boundaries made her uncomfortable.

"Thank you both for sharing," Halia said, her voice steady despite the rapid beat of her heart. "Now, I think it's important that we establish some ground rules for our... arrangement." She glanced around at each of them, her blue-grey eyes serious but kind. "First and foremost—no one is to be pressured or coerced into anything they're not comfortable with. That includes physical acts, emotional involvement, or any other form of participation."

Silra opened her mouth as if to protest, but Halia held up a hand to stop her. "I know this might seem restrictive to some of you," she continued, "but I think it's crucial for maintaining trust and respect among us." She took a deep breath before continuing, "Second—we need to have a safe word that anyone can use at any time if they feel uncomfortable or want to stop what's happening immediately."

Jeane's expression remained impassive, but Halia noticed the slight tensing of her wings—a sign that the succubus was paying close attention. Good, she thought. At least Jeane seems to understand the importance of consent and boundaries.

"Third—and this might be controversial," Halia said, her voice softening slightly as she looked at Abby, "but I think we should have a way for anyone to opt out entirely if they feel overwhelmed or uncomfortable with the entire arrangement."

Abby's eyes widened at Halia's words, relief and gratitude washing over her. The idea of having an escape hatch—of not being trapped in a situation she wasn't sure she could handle—was incredibly appealing.

"Finally," Halia continued, her gaze sweeping across the group, "I propose we have regular check-ins to discuss how we're feeling, what's working well, and any concerns or issues that arise." She paused, taking in their reactions before adding softly, "This isn't just about physical pleasure—it's about building trust, respect, and understanding among us. And that takes time and communication."

Silra leaned back, a thoughtful expression on her face as she considered Halia's words. The rogue was clearly used to more... spontaneous... arrangements, but even she had to admit that some structure might be useful in this particular group dynamic.

"Hmm," Silra mused aloud, her teal eyes glinting with barely contained amusement. "You know, when I first heard about this little gathering, I thought it would be all fire and brimstone—literally, in Jeane's case." She gestured towards the succubus with a smirk. "But here we are, having what amounts to a group therapy session with sex toys as props." Her gaze swept across the others, challenge evident in her eyes. "Anyone care to comment on how this is shaping up so far?"
