Silra's device beeps insistently as she sweeps the room, her teal eyes widening in alarm. "We have serious problems," she announces, voice tight. "Multiple cameras—at least four that I can detect, and probably more we're not seeing. They're triangulating our position right now." She glances at the door nervously. "We need to move fast if we want to get out of here without being caught."

Jeane's wings beat furiously as she hovers just above the ground, her crimson eyes scanning the darkness below for any sign of movement. "That magical resonance is unmistakable—someone's using forbidden rituals down there." She looks back at Silra and Halie, her expression grim but determined. "We can't ignore this opportunity to gather more intel on Eclipse Protocol. But we need to be cautious—whatever's waiting for us in that basement could be far worse than a simple security system."

Halie steps forward, her hand still aching from the burn but her expression firm. "This is exactly why we need to be careful—those symbols aren't just for show. They're binding something dangerous inside." She moves closer to examine them, her cleric's training recognizing the dark nature of the magic despite her discomfort. "If we open that door without proper precautions, we could unleash whatever they've been keeping contained down here." Turning to Silra with a nod of respect, "Your protection spells might not be enough against whatever's in there."

Silra swallows hard, her fingers moving rapidly over her device as she tries to find a solution. "I can try to jam the cameras temporarily, but it won't last long. We need to get out before they triangulate our position." She looks up at the group, determination mixed with fear in her eyes. "Follow me—there's a maintenance corridor behind that panel over there. It should lead us back to the surface without being seen."

Jeane nods sharply, her wings folding close against her back as she prepares to move out. "Lead the way, Silra. But if we encounter anything... unusual down here, I want your word you'll follow my instructions without question." Her crimson eyes flash with an intensity that leaves no room for argument.

Halie hesitates for only a moment before nodding. "Agreed. But remember—our primary goal is still to get out of here alive and expose the truth about Eclipse Protocol. Everything else comes secondary to that." She moves to take her place near the rear, one hand resting on the hilt of her mace, ready to defend the group if needed.

Silra tears open the panel with practiced ease, revealing a narrow corridor beyond. "This way—quickly now!" The group moves into the darkness, hearts pounding as they hear distant footsteps echoing through the building behind them. The race against time has begun anew, each choice potentially leading them closer to freedom... or to something far more sinister lurking in the depths of this abandoned facility.

As the group navigates the narrow maintenance corridor, the sound of pursuit grows louder. "They're getting closer!" Halie hisses, her blue-grey eyes wide with fear. Jeane glances back, her crimson gaze calculating the distance between them and their pursuers. "We need another exit—now!"

Silra's fingers fly over her device as she scans for alternative routes. "There's a service elevator at the end of this corridor," she pants, barely keeping up with the group's rapid pace. "But it might be trapped or monitored." Jeane doesn't hesitate. "Better than being caught in this narrow tunnel." She pushes forward, her powerful wings allowing her to move faster than the others.

As they reach the elevator, Halie suddenly cries out, stumbling against the wall. The burn on her palm flares up painfully, and she gasps for breath. Jeane whirls around, her expression concerned despite the urgency of their situation. "Halie—are you alright?" The cleric nods shakily, forcing herself to stand upright. "I'm fine," she manages, though her voice betrays the lie. "Just... give me a moment."
